Özet
Bu araştırmada, denizsuyunda ve tatlısuda ağ kafeslerde yetiştirilen gökkuşağı alabalığı (Oncorhynchus mykiss W., 1792)’ nın gelişme farklılıkları incelenmiştir. Deneme; tatlısu ve denizde, 2 tekerrürlü olarak yürütülmüştür. Çalışma; her iki ortamda da ağ kafeslerde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ortalama ağırlıkları; gölde 102.95 ± 0.45 g ve denizde 102.61 ± 0.49 g olan gökkuşağı alabalıkları, canlı ağırlıklarının %1.5’i ile %2’si oranında 90 gün süreyle yemlenmişlerdir. Deneme sonunda ortalama, gölde 303.77 ± 2.93 g, denizde 370.89 ± 4.10 g canlı ağırlıklar eldeedilmiş olup tatlısu ve deniz suyu değerleri arasındaki fark istatistiksel olarak önemli bulunmuştur (P<0.05). Spesifik büyüme oranları gölde %1.21 ve denizde %1.46, yem değerlendirme oranı değerleri sırasıyla, 1.29 ve 1.12, kondüsyon faktörü değerleri ise sırasıyla, 1.23 ve 1.22 olarak belirlenmiştir.
In this study, the growth differences of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss W.,1792) reared in net cages in seawater and freshwater was investigated. The study was carried out with 2 replicates in fresh and seawater. The study was done in net cages in both cases. The average weight of trouts was 102.95 ± 0.45 g in freshwater and 102.61 ± 0.49 g in seawater and they were fed at the rate of 1.5-2 % of their body weight during 90 days. At the end of the study, the final average weights of 303.77 ± 2.93 g in freshwater and 370.89 ± 4.10 g in seawater were determined and the difference between both values was statistically significant (P<0.05). Spesific Growth Rates were 1.21 in freshwater and 1.46 % in seawater, the food conversion ratios were 1.29 and 1.12, the condition factors were 1.23 and 1.22, respectively.
