Özet

This study was conducted using a pre-test-post-test experimental design to evaluate the impact of family resilience-based group therapy on orthopedically disabled veterans and their spouses. The study included veterans living in T & uuml;rkiye who had become orthopedically disabled during their military service and had been officially discharged from duty, along with their spouses (40 couples: 20 in the experimental group and 20 in the control group). All veterans had been officially discharged and were no longer serving at the time of the study. The therapy was delivered in four separate groups, each consisting of five couples from the experimental group, over eight sessions. Participants were randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups. Pre-test and post-test measurements were collected using the Personal Information Form, the Family Resilience Scale, and the Family Assessment Device. Data were analyzed using SPSS, and significant improvements were identified in the experimental group.
