dc.description.abstractRustem Pasha-zade Huseyin was a scholar and poet who lived from the second half of the 16th century to the first quarter of the 17th century. Having received a good education, he served in various madrasas of his time and gained renown both for his commentaries and poetry. One of his most significant works is a commentary on Ibnu'n-Nahvi's famous Qasicla aLMunfarija. Numerous manuscript copies of this commentary exist in manuscript libraries, and it has been published as a master's thesis. One of these manuscripts housed in the Suleymaniye Library (Ayasofya 2077/6) contains Qasicla al-Munfarija bound together with works by Abdullah Bosnevi. Hence, in the secondary literature the commentary on Qasicla al-Munfarija has been mistakenly attributed to Abdullah Bosnevi. This paper seeks to correct this misattribution
