Özet
Buarastirmanin amaci, Egitim Fakültesi Rehberlik ve Psikolojik DanismanlikAnabilim Dali ögrencilerinin görüslerine dayali olarak toplumsal ve politikkosullarin Türk Egitim Sistemi üzerindeki etkisini tarihsel bir bakis açisiylaortaya çikarmaktir. Arastirma nitel arastirma yöntemiyle tasarlanmistir.Arastirmanin çalisma grubunu Bayburt Egitim Fakültesi Rehberlik ve PsikolojikDanismanlik Anabilim Dali’nda ögrenim gören 139 ögrenci olusturmaktadir.Ögrencilerin görüslerini ortaya çikarmak için veri toplama araci olarakarastirmaci tarafindan hazirlanan görüsme formu kullanilmistir. Görüsmeformlarindan elde edilen nitel verilerin analizinde içerik analizikullanilmistir. Egitimin tarihsel gelisimi dikkate alindiginda ögrencilerintoplumsal ve politik kosullarin egitim sistemini etkiledigini düsündükleriortaya çikmistir. Günümüz egitim sisteminin sorunlarinin kaynagi olarak da egitimsisteminin kendisini, siyaseti ve degisimleri görmektedirler.
The aim of this study is to reveal effects of socialand political conditions on Turkish Education System based on education facultystudents’ opinions in historical perspective. The study was designed with thequalitative research methods. The study group consistsof 139 students studying at Bayburt Educational Faculty the department ofPsychological Counseling and Guidance. To reveal students’ opinion, the interviewform, developed by the researcher was used as data collection tool. Descriptiveanalysis technique was used in the analysis of the qualitative data that wasobtained from the interview forms. When the historical development of educationis taken into consideration, it has emerged that the students believe that thesocial and political conditions affect the education system. The studentsregard the education system itself, politics and changes as the source of theproblems of today's education system.
