This research focuses on the specific trend triggered in the field of gastronomy by the Covid-19 pandemic, known as "Medical Gastronomy." Designed as a qualitative study, this review aims to systematically examine existing literature, understand, explain, and evaluate the concept of Medical Gastronomy. In this context, the research, conducted using content analysis methodology, provides a framework to comprehend how the Covid-19 pandemic has brought about changes in the gastronomy sector and the significance of Medical Gastronomy during this period. © 2025, Hysen MANKOLLI.
