MEDICAL GASTRONOMY: A NEW TREND FOR THE FUTURE OF THE GASTRONOMY SECTOR POST COVID-19

This research focuses on the specific trend triggered in the field of gastronomy by the Covid-19 pandemic, known as "Medical Gastronomy." Designed as a qualitative study, this review aims to systematically examine existing literature, understand, explain, and evaluate the concept of Medical Gastronomy.
