dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to examine the predictive effects of psychological resilience on peer relationships among preschool children. The study group consisted of 211 children aged 5-6 years who attended preschool education during the 2022-2023 academic year in the central and Gerze districts of Sinop province. A relational survey model was used in the quantitative research method. The data collection tools included a Personal Information Form, Child Ego Resilience Scale, Peer Victimization Scale, and Ladd and Profilet Child Behavior Scale. The data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient, Spearman's correlation, and Simple Linear Regression Analysis techniques. According to the findings of the study, there was a significant negative relationship between children's levels of psychological resilience and exposure to peer victimization. It was determined that there was a significant negative relationship between children's levels of psychological resilience and their levels of showing aggression, antisocial behaviors, fearful-anxious behavior, and hyperactivity towards their peers, while there was a significant positive relationship between their levels of showing prosocial behaviors aimed at their peers. Furthermore, children's levels of psychological resilience significantly predicted their levels of showing aggression, prosocial behaviors aimed at their peers, antisocial behaviors towards their peers, fearful-anxious behavior towards their peers, and hyperactivity. There was a significant negative relationship between children's levels of psychological resilience and their levels of peer exclusion.
dc.description.abstractArastirmanin amaci, okul öncesi dönemdeki psikolojik dayanikliligin akran iliskilerini yordayici etkilerinin incelenmesidir. Çalisma grubunu, 2022-2023 yili egitim ögretim yilinda Sinop ili Merkez ve Gerze ilçelerinde okul öncesi egitime devam eden 5-6 yas grubundan 211 çocuk olusturmustur. Nicel arastirma yönteminde planlanan arastirmada iliskisel tarama modeli kullanilmistir. Verilerin toplanmasinda, Kisisel Bilgi Formu, Çocuk Ego Saglamligi Ölçegi, Akran Siddetine Maruz Kalma Ölçegi, Ladd ve Profilet Çocuk Davranis Ölçegi kullanilmistir. Arastirmanin verileri, Pearson Momentler Çarpimi Korelasyon Katsayisi, Spearman ve Basit Dog?rusal Regresyon Analiz teknikleri ile analiz edilmistir. Arastirmanin bulgularina göre çocuklarin psikolojik dayaniklilik düzeyleri ile akran siddetine maruz kalma düzeyleri arasinda olumsuz yönde anlamli bir iliski bulunmaktadir. Çocuklarin psikolojik dayaniklilik düzeyleri ile akranlarina karsi saldirganlik, asosyal davranislar gösterme, korkulu-kaygili olma ve asiri hareketlilik düzeyleri arasinda olumsuz yönde; akranlarina karsi yardimi amaçlayan sosyal davranislar gösterme düzeyleri ile arasinda olumlu yönde anlamli bir iliski oldugu belirlenmistir. Okul öncesi dönem çocuklarinin psikolojik dayaniklilik düzeyleri akranlarina karsi saldirganlik, akranlarina karsi yardimi amaçlayan sosyal davranislar gösterme, akranlarina karsi asosyal davranislar gösterme, akranlarina karsi korkulu-kaygili olma ve asiri hareketlilik düzeylerini anlamli bir sekilde yordamaktadir. Çocuklarin psikolojik dayaniklilik düzeyleri ile akranlari tarafindan dislanma düzeyleri arasinda olumsuz yönde anlamli bir iliski bulunmaktadir.
