Özet
Saglik hizmetlerinde küresellesme göstergeleri saglik ürün ve hizmetlerinde uluslararasi ticaretin ve sinir ötesi hastaakisiyla çarpici bir sekilde artmasiyla belirginlestigi belirtilebilir. Son yillarda saglik turizminin kitlesel bir fenomenhaline gelmekte oldugu ve küresel bir boyut kazandigi söylenebilir. Gelismis ülkelerin sakinleri, sagliklari ilegelismelere daha meyilli ve kendi fiziksel, zihinsel ve duygusal güçlerinin ve esenliklerinin korunmasinda uzun birzaman ve para miktari harcayabilir oldugu belirtilebilir. Saglik turizmi ürünlerinin diger turizm ürünleriyle birlesimigiderek daha popüler hale gelmistir. Turistlerin en kisa sürede çok fazla deneyime sahip olmayi ve birçok unutulmazdeneyimle evlerine geri dönmek niyetinde olduklarindan bahsedilebilir. Bu çalismada saglik turizmi, uluslararasipazarlama temelinde incelenmis olup literatürde yer alan çalismalardan olusan bir derleme yapilmaya çalisilmistir.Özellikle Türkiye’nin saglik turizmi alaninda uluslararasi saglik turizmini nasil algiladigi ve gelismeye açik olan buturizm türüne ne kadar önem verdigi arastirilmaya çalisilmistir. Bu noktadan hareketle Türkiye’nin uluslararasipazarlama açisindan saglik turizmi kavramina yaklasimi sonucunda ne gibi faaliyetlere ve düsüncelere ihtiyacioldugu açiklanmaya çalisilmis ve uluslararasi saglik turizmine agirlik veren ülkelerle rekabet edebilme kriterleri ifadeedilmeye çalisilmistir.
It can be stated that the indicators of globalization in healthcare have become evident with the dramatic increase ininternational trade and cross-border patient flow in healthcare products and services. It can be said that healthtourism has become a mass phenomenon and has gained a global dimension in recent years. It can be noted thatresidents of developed countries are more prone to health and improvements, and can spend a long amount of timeand money in maintaining their own physical, mental and emotional strengths and well-being. The combination ofhealth tourism products with other tourism products has become increasingly popular. It can be mentioned that thetourists intend to have a lot of experience as soon as possible and return home with many unforgettable experiences.In this study, health tourism has been examined on the basis of international marketing, and a compilation of studiesin the literature has been attempted. In particular, it has been tried to investigate how Turkey perceives internationalhealth tourism in the field of health tourism and how much importance it attaches to this type of tourism that isopen to development. From this point of view, it has been tried to explain what kind of activities and ideas Turkeyneeds as a result of its approach to the concept of health tourism in terms of international marketing, and it hasbeen tried to express the criteria for competing with countries that focus on international health tourism.
