dc.description.abstractPersonality, vocational and human relations characteristics of instructors work in institutions of higher education will affect before and after graduation competences of students significantly. The problems are caused by lack of these characteristics will create different cancer points in tourism education. At this point, rather than increasing the number of institutions, encouraging and ensuring the internal or educational development in existing institutions is extremely important. In the scope of this study, although focused on the point of students’ evaluation of teaching staffs’ characteristics, also touching on the different internal problems of institutions are effective on achievement, entrepreneurship, feeling and motivation of the students is one of the purpose of the study
dc.description.abstractYüksekögretim kurumlarinda görev yapan egitimcilerin sahip oldugu kisilik nitelikleri, mesleki ve insan iliskileri vb. nitelikler, ögrencilerin mezuniyet öncesi ve sonrasi yetkinliklerini önemli ölçüde etkileyecektir. Bu niteliklerin eksikliginden kaynaklanan problemler ise turizm egitimde farkli kanser noktalari olusturacaktir. Bu noktada mevcut kurumlarin sayisini arttirmaktan ziyade, içsel ya da egitsel gelismeyi tesvik etmek ve saglamak son derece önemlidir. Bu arastirma kapsaminda da, her ne kadar ögrencilerin ögretim elemanlarinin niteliklerini degerlendirmeleri noktasina odaklanilmis olunsa da; ögrencilerin basari, girisimcilik, duygu ve motivasyonlarini etkileyen farkli kurum içi problemlere ve ihtiyaç disi egitim kurumu problemine teorik olarak deginilmesi çalismanin hedeflerindendir
