Arastirmanin deney grubunda haftada 2 gün FIFA 11+ Çocuklar isinma programi uygulanirken kontrol grubunda standart antrenman isinmasi uygulanmistir. Arastirmada her iki gruba da 8 haftalik antrenmanlardan önce ve sonra çeviklik, denge, top hizi, dikey siçrama ve reaksiyon zamani testleri uygulanarak FIFA 11+ Çocuklar isinma programinin etkileri arastirilmistir. Verilerin normallik düzeyleri Shapiro-Wilk testi araciligiyla belirlenmistir.
The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of the 8-week "FIFA 11+ for Kids" warm-up program on balance, ball speed, reaction time, vertical jump, agility, and speed in male football players aged 10–14 years. Active and trained 24 male football players aged 10–14 years voluntarily participated in this study. Subjects were randomly assigned to an experimental (n=12) or a control (n=12). The experimental group warmed up with the FIFA 11+ for Kids program, whereas the control group performed their usual warm-up program. The effects of the FIFA 11+ for Kids program were investigated by applying agility, balance, ball speed, vertical jump, and reaction time tests to both groups before and after 8 weeks of training. The data was checked for normality by using the Shapiro-Wilk test. Independent Samples t-test and Paired Samples t-test were utilized to analyze the data. In the experimental group, statistically significant differences were found in speed, balance, and ball speed values (p0,05). In the control group, statistically significant differences were found in speed, balance, reaction, and average reaction time values (p0,05). It was found that the FIFA 11+ for Kids warm-up program, which was applied twice a week for 8 weeks, improved speed, balance, and ball speed parameters in male football players aged 10–14 years.
