Özet
Girisimciligingelismis ülkelerde ekonominin itici gücü oldugu istatistiklerde ortayakonulmaktadir. Gelismis ülkelerde istihdamin yarisindan fazlasini girisimcilikfaaliyetleri olusturmaktadir. Son yillarda girisimciligin belirleyenleriüzerine yapilan çalismalarda baglamsal faktörlere bir yönelim söz konusudur.Baglamsal faktörlerin girisimciligi etkileme mekanizmasi olan girisimselözyeterlilik Bandura’nin özyteterlilik çalismalarindan sonra ilgi çekmeyebaslamistir. Krueger’in girisimsel sürecin dinamigi olarak girisimsel niyeti vearzuyu baglamsal faktörler yoluyla ortaya koymasi öz yeterlilik taniminingirisimsel özyeterlilik seklinde degismesine neden olmustur. Planlanmisdavranislar modelinde Ajzen ve Fishbein davranisin sonuçlarinin bireyleringösterecegi çaba ve performansi etkiledigini ifade etmektedir. Bireylerindavranislarinin sonuçlarini tahmin etme mekanizmasi olarak normlarin roloynadigi göz önüne alinirsa baglamsal fakörlerin girisimsel özyeterliliküzerinden girisimcilik davranisini etkiledigi düsünülmektedir.
It is revealed in statistics thatentrepreneurship is the impetus ofeconomy in developed countries. More than half of the employment is created byentrepreneurship in developed countries. There is trend of working on contextualfactors as predictors of entrepreneurship in recent years. Entrepreneurial selfefficacy as mechanism of action draws attention especially after Bandura’s Selfefficacy studies. Krueger’s findings that reveal contextual factors aspredictor of entrepreneurial intent and desire caused to change the meaning ofself efficacy as entrepreneurial self efficacy. Ajzen and Fishbein suggest thatthe desire and performance of individual are predicted by outcomes of behaviorsin model of planned behavior. Within the context of the individuals’santicipating mechanism is predicted by norms it is thought that contextualfactors predict entrepreneurial behavior via entrepreneurial self effficacy.
