In this study, the number and proportion of women in the boards of directors of publicly traded enterprises in the tourism sector at Borsa Istanbul in Turkey, the CSR, and sustainability performances of these enterprises were revealed by using a case study pattern from qualitative research methods. Within the framework of the document analysis, the number of female executives serving in the boards of directors of the enterprises operating in Borsa Istanbul and their ratio to the total number of board members will be recorded according to the year-end activity reports and websites announced on the public disclosure platform. The number and proportion of women on boards of directors will be the first unit of analysis to be used in the case study.
