Buarastirmada, Sinop kiyilari üst infralittoralinde dagilim gösterenmakroalglerin biyokütle degisimleri mevsimsel olarak incelenmistir.Örneklemeler 2014 yili boyunca dört istasyonda (Hamsilos, Akliman, DSI,Karakum) 0-1 m derinlikteki kayalik substratumlardan metal bir çerçeve(20x20cm) ile üç tekerrürlü olarak yapilmistir. Arastirma sonucunda 30 taksontespit edilmis ve bunlarin gruplara dagilimi Rhodophyta 16, Phaeophyecae 8 veChlorophyta 6 seklinde olmustur. Istasyonlar genelinde yillik en yüksekortalama biyokütle degeri (825.80 g/m2)Akliman, en düsük deger ise DSI (694.17 g/m2)istasyonundan elde edilmistir. Örnekleme boyunca tespit edilen biyokütledegerinin 935.32 g/m2 (kis mevsimi) ile 588.19 g/m2 (yazmevsimi) arasinda degistigi tespit edilmistir.
Inthis study, biomass changes of macroalgae distributed in the upperinfralittoral of Sinop coasts were investigated seasonally. Samples were madein four stations (Hamsilos, Akliman, DSI, Karakum) during the year 2014 withthree replications with a metal frame (20x20cm) from rocky substrates of 0-1 mdepth. As a result of the research, 30 taxa were determined and theirdistribution to the groups was Rhodophyta 16, Phaeophyecae 8 and Chlorophyta 6.The highest average annual biomass value (825.80 g/m2) was obtainedfrom Akliman and the lowest value was obtained from DSI (694.17 g/m2)station. The biomass value determined during the sampling ranged between 935.32g/m2 (winter) and 588.19 g/m2 (summer).
