Göller Bölgesi’nde Yer Alan Otel Isletmelerinin Tripadvisor’daki Tüketici Degerlendirmeleri Üzerine Bir Arastirma

Özet
Bu çalismada Kültür ve Turizm Bakanligi bünyesinde yer alan Turizm Isletme Belgeli tesisler inceleme alani olarak tespit edilmis olup Göller Bölgesi’nde yer alan 76 adet tesis hakkinda TripAdvisor sitesindeki tüketici yorumlari analiz edilmistir. Bu kapsamda öncelikli olarak Göller Bölgesi’nde yer alan isletmelerin siniflandirmalarina iliskin veriler elde edilmis olup Konya’da 36, Afyonkarahisar’da 17, Burdur’da 8 ve Isparta’da 15 adet otel isletmesi tespit edilmistir. Buna ek olarak söz konusu isletmeler hakkinda TripAdvisor sitesindeki tüketici yorumlari içeriklerine göre siniflandirilarak olumlu ve olumsuz unsurlar basliklari altinda degerlendirilmistir. En çok ele alinan olumlu ve olumsuz unsurlar ortak olmakla birlikte personel, temizlik ve yemege iliskin unsurlar olarak siralanmaktadir. Ayrica tüketici yorumlarinda kullanilan dillerin analizinde agirlikli olarak Türkçe kullanildigi bunun yani sira Ingilizce, Italyanca ve Çince’nin en çok kullanilan diller oldugu sonucuna ulasilmistir.
The facilities included in the Ministry of Culture and Tourism with the Tourism Operation Certificate were identified as the study area in the study, and the user reviews regarding 76 facilities located in the Lakes Region at the TripAdvisor website were analyzed. In this context, the data relating the classification of the facilities located in the Lakes Region have been obtained with priority and 36 hotel facilities in Konya, 17 in Afyonkarahisar, 8 in Burdur and 15 in Isparta were determined. In addition, the user reviews at TripAdvisor website were classified according to their contents and evaluated under the titles of positive and negative elements. The most positive and negative factors are personnel, cleanliness, and food. In addition, it was concluded in analyzing the languages used in user reviews, that Turkish is mainly used, and besides English, Italian and Chinese are the most frequently used languages.
