dc.description.abstractIn this study, 17 ?-methyltestosterone hormone was added to the feed and water, and the effects of coloring, sex reversal and reproduction were investigated in guppy fish (Poecilia reticulata). Experimental groups were planned as control group (K), water hormone (S) and feeding hormone (Y) groups in 3 groups with 3 replicates. The 3 -stage study lasted a total of 12 weeks. In the 1st and 2nd stages of the experiment, visual color determination was performed with 10 panelists using a color scale at weekly intervals. 1 ml of the stock solution containing 0.1 mg MT was added to water and feed, while the control group was not treated with hormone. At the end of the 1st phase of the experiment, the highest mean color scale values were found in the S group (29.90±0.23), followed by the Y (29.10±0.18) and K (20±0.00) groups, and significant differences were determined between the groups (p
dc.description.abstractBu arastirmada, yeme ve suya 17 ?-metiltestosteron hormonu katilarak lepistes baliklarinda (Poecilia reticulata) renklenme, cinsiyet dönüsümü ve üreme üzerine etkileri arastirilmistir. Deneme gruplari; kontrol grubu (K), suya hormon (S) ve yeme hormon (Y) gruplari olarak 3 grupta 3 tekerrürlü olacak sekilde planlanmistir. 3 asamali olan çalisma toplam 12 hafta sürmüstür. Denemenin 1. ve 2. asamalarinda haftalik periyotlarda renk skalasi kullanilarak 10 panelist ile görsel renk tayini yapilmistir. 1 ml’sinde 0.1 mg MT bulunan stok çözeltiden suya ve yeme katilmis, kontrol grubuna ise hormon uygulanmamistir.
