Özet
Bu çalismadaöz-yönelim algisinin yasam tatmini üzerindeki etkisinde girisimcilik algisininaraci rolü incelenmistir. Yasam tatmini yada diger adiyla öznel iyi olus algisibireylerin yasamlarindan memnuniyet düzeyi olarak tanimlanmaktadir.Girisimcilik günümüzde yaygin olarak yenilikçi ticari davranislari tanimlamakiçin kullanilan bir kavram olarak görülürken gelisim psikologlari tarafindangelisimin bir önemli bir safhasi olarak da tanimlanmaktadir. Girisimcilik birihtiyacin giderilmesine yönelik somut davranislari barindirir. Bireylerin mizaçve karakterleriyle birlikte yasamis olduklari deneyimlerin yönelimler üzerindeetkili oldugu düsünülmektedir. Özyönelim bireyin karar verme ve davranmasürecinde kendi odakli degerlendirmeler yapmasini tanimlamak için kullanilanbir kavramdir. Bireylerin yönelimleri bireylerin bireysel ve sosyalihtiyaçlarini belirlerken bu ihtiyaçlarin giderilmesi bireylerin yasam tatminielde etmelerini ve mutlu olmalarini da saglayabilir. Öz belirleme kuramiçerçevesinde modellenen arastirmada bireylerin benlik yönelimli olmasininbireyleri girsimcilige yönlendirebilecegi ve girisimcilik davranislarigösterdikçe yasam tatmini elde edebilecekleri düsünülmektedir. Bu çerçevedeyapilan literatür taramasiyla arastirma modeli dizayn edilmis olup 640üniversitesi ögrencisi üzerinde yapilandirilmis soru formlariyla uygulanmistir.SPSS 21 ve Process 3.0 kullanilarak uygulanan analiz sonuçlarina göregirisimciligin tam aracilik rolü gözlenmistir.
The effect of selforientation on the life satisfaction through etrepreneurship is studied in thisresearch. Life satisfaction in other words subejctive wellbeing is defined asthe satisfaction level of individuals in their lives. Entrepreneurship which isaccepted as to define inovative commercial behaviors is also defined as animportant stage of development of individuals by development psychologists.Entrepreneurship includes some behaviours which are indispensable for meetingsome requirements of individuals. Withtemperament and character there are also some other dimensions like experienceswhih are affecting orientations of individuals. Self orientation is based onself assessments which are focused on self of individuals. Personal and socialrequirements determine orientations of individuals and meeting thisrequirements predicts life satisfactions of individuals and makes them happy.Self orientations of individuals are thought to predict entrepreneurialbehaviours of individuals and through this individuals’ life satisfaction willincrease as their autonomy requirements are met within frames of selfdetermination theory. The research model is designed with the literature reviewand 640 university students are composing sample group. SPSS 21 and Process 3.0 are used to conductmediating tests to analyze relationships among variables. Mediating effect ofentrepreneurship is observed according to the test results.
