dc.description.abstractÇalışmada 10 ve 12. yüzyıllar arasında Türk-İslam yönetim düşüncesinde öne çıkan yönetici tasvirinin analiz edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda ele alınan dönem ile bir karşılaştırma yapılabilmesi için, günümüzde temel alınan yönetim ve yönetici kavramları açıklanmış ve çağdaş yönetim bilimi içinde yer alan çalışmalara yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın bir diğer amacı, günümüz yönetim anlayışında egemen olan Batı kaynaklı yayınlara alternatif olarak, Türk-İslam toplum yapısı içinde (Doğu'da) öne çıkan değerli eserlerin varlığını hatırlatmaktır. Türk-İslam düşünce sisteminde yer alan yöneticide aranan niteliklerin analiz edilebilmesi için, dönemin toplum yapısını en iyi şekilde yansıttığı düşünülen Farabi, İbn Sina, İbn Rüşd, Gazali, Nizamülmülk, Ahmed Yesevi ve Yusuf Has Hacib gibi önemli düşünürlerin görüşleri ve çalışmalarından yararlanılmıştır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemi esas alınmış ve doküman analizi tekniğinden faydalanılmıştır. Ayrıca genel tarama modelinden yararlanılarak yöneticide aranan nitelikler tablo şeklinde gösterilmiştir. Her bölüm için gerekli literatür taraması yapılmış ve birincil kaynaklara öncelik verilmiştir. Buna ek olarak konuyla ilgili olduğu düşünülen bilimsel makaleler, elektronik kaynaklar ve tezlere yer verilmiştir. Türk-İslam düşüncesinde yönetici niteliklerinin tespit edilip yorumlanması, günümüz yönetim anlayışına ve yöneticide aranan niteliklere farklı bir bakış açısı kazandıracaktır. Aynı zamanda mevcut örgütlerin yönetim sistemlerinin geliştirilmesine katkı sunması beklenmektedir.
dc.description.abstractThe study, it is aimed to analyze the depiction of the ruler that came to the fore in Turkish-Islamic management thought between the 10th and 12th centuries. In order to make a comparison with the period discussed in this direction, the concepts of management and manager, which are taken as a basis today, are explained and studies in contemporary management science are included. Another aim of the study is to remind the existence of valuable works that stand out in the Turkish-Islamic society (East) as an alternative to the Western-sourced publications that dominate today's management approach. In order to analyze the qualities sought in the manager in the Turkish-Islamic thought system, the views and studies of important thinkers such as Farabi, Ibn Sina, Ibn Rushd, Gazali, Nizamülmülk, Ahmed Yesevi and Yusuf Has Hacib, which are thought to reflect the social structure of the period in the best way, were used. In the study, qualitative research method was taken as basis and document analysis technique was used. In addition, by using the general screening model, the qualifications sought in the manager are shown in the form of a table. Required literature review was made for each section and primary sources were given priority. Additionally, scientific articles, electronic resources and theses that are thought to be relevant to the subject are included. Identifying and interpreting managerial qualities in Turkish-Islamic thought will provide a different perspective to today's management approach and the qualifications sought in managers. At the same time, it is expected that existing organizations will contribute to the development of management systems.
