In order to determine Nephtyidae, Glyceridae and Goniadidae species distributed along the Turkish coast, benthic samples from 299 stations were evaluated from different biotopes and depths. A total of 8 genera, 23 species and 9249 individuals belonging to these three families were identified. Among them, 18 species belonging to 7 genera were found on the coast of the Levant Sea; 22 species belonging to 8 genera were foundon the coast of the Aegean Sea; 16 species belonging to 6 genera were found in the Sea of Marmara; and 4 species belonging to 3 genera were found in the Black Sea. Of these, 9 species belonged to Nephtyidae, 7 species belonged to Glyceridae and 7 species belonged to Goniadidae. Among them, Inermonephtys turcica and Nephtys sinopensis are originally described for science. In addition, Nephtys assimilis is new record for the Turkish Levantine fauna; Nephtys kersivalensis is new for the Sea of Marmara and the Turkish Levantine fauna; Glycera lapidum is new for the Sea of Marmara and the Turkish Levantine fauna; Glycera oxycephala is new for the Sea of Marmara and the Aegean Sea; Goniada hexadentes is new for the Sea of Marmara and the Turkish Aegean and Levantine fauna; Goniada vorax is new for the Aegean Sea; Glycinde nordmanni is new for the Sea of Marmara and Goniadella bobrezkii is new for the Turkish Aegean and the Levantine fauna.
