dc.description.abstractBu arastirmanin amaci, destek egitim odalarinin planlanmasi ve bu konuda yasanan sorunlar, destek egitim odalarinin okullara/milli egitim müdürlüklerine maliyeti ve bu maliyetin nasil finanse edildigidir. Bu arastirma nitel bir arastirma olarak tasarlanmistir. Iç içe geçmis durum deseni çalisma için tercih edilmistir. Arastirmanin çalisma grubuna Sinop il merkez ve ile bagli toplam 10 okul dâhil edilmistir. Görüsmeler okul yöneticileri, rehber ögretmen, Milli Egitim Müdürlügü yöneticisi ve idari personeli ile yüz yüze gerçeklestirilmistir. Arastirmacilar tarafindan gelistirilen yapilandirilmis ve yari yapilandirilmis görüsme formu kullanilmistir. Betimsel analizle veri analizi yapilmistir. Bulgulara göre okullarin büyük çogunlugunda destek egitim odasi yoktur. Olanlarda da gereksinim alanina uygun materyal yoktur. Ögretmen eksikligi destek egitim odalarinin açilmasi yönünde engeldir. Veliler konu hakkinda yeterli bilgiye sahip degildir. Üstün yetenekli ögrenciler destek egitiminden yararlanmamaktadir. Destek egitim odalarinin maliyeti ile ilgili okullarda net bilgi yoktur. MEB destek egitim odasi açilacak okul sayisini belirleyip, kilavuzdaki standartlari saglamasa da fiziksel ortam ve donanimi finanse etmektedir. Okullar, gerekli materyallerin finansmanini ögretmenler, okul aile birligi ve esnaf katkilariyla saglamaktadir. Destek egitim odalarinin tam anlamiyla islevsel olabilmesi için okullara bütçe olusturulmali, destek egitim odasi ögretmeni atanmalidir.
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is to investigate the planning of resource rooms and the problems experienced in this regard, the cost of resource rooms to schools / national education directorates, and how this cost is financed. This research was designed as qualitative research. The embedded single case was preferred for the study. The study group of the research consisted of 10 schools located in the city centre and surrounding villages of Sinop province, Turkey. The interviews were conducted face-to-face with school administrators, school counsellors, directors of the Directorate of National Education, and administrative staff. A semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers was used. The data were descriptively analysed. According to the findings, most of the schools do not have a resource room. Those who have a resource room do not have materials suitable for the area of need. Teacher shortage is an obstacle to the opening of support training rooms. Parents do not have sufficient information about the subject. Gifted students do not make use of resource rooms. There is no clear information about the cost of resource rooms in schools. The Ministry of National Education determines the number of schools to open support education classes and finances the physical environment and equipment, even if it does not meet the standards in the guide. The schools provide the financing of the necessary materials via the contributions of teachers, parent-teacher associations, and tradesmen. In order to have fully functional resource rooms, some funds from the budget of the schools must be allocated, and a resource rooms teacher should be appointed.
