Abstract
Organize Sanayi Bölgeleri'nin kentlerin gelişiminde önemli bir katkısı olduğu bilinen bir gerçektir. Planlı bir kentsel gelişmenin sağlanabilmesi için öncelikle sanayinin planlı gelişiminin ve sürdürülebilir üretiminin hedeflenmesi gerekmektedir. Elbette bu sürdürülebilir üretim için, modern atık yönetiminin temel ilkeleri arasında da var olan, doğal kaynakların olabildiğince az kullanıldığı temiz teknolojilerin geliştirilmesi ve kullanılması, ürünlerin üretim, kullanım ve nihai bertarafında çevreye olabilecek tehlikeli etkilerinin en aza indirilmesi için uygun tekniklerin uygulanmasıyla atıkların insan ve çevreye olan zararları minimize edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Atık tiplerinin tümünde olduğu gibi endüstriyel atıkların yönetiminde de, hem çevresel hem ekonomik hem de toplumsal açıdan sürdürülebilirliğin sağlanması hedeflenmektedir. Sinop İli'nin önemli bir dinamiği olan Organize Sanayi Bölgesi atıklarının çevreye, ekonomiye ve elbette ki insana yönelik sürdürülebilir bir yönetim planlamasına sahip olması amaçlanmıştır. Bunun için bir PVC pencere ve kapı aksesuarı üretimi yapan firma örneği üzerinde değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, firmanın endüstriyel atık yönetim planı incelenerek envanter çalışması yapılmıştır. Proseslerde oluşan atıklar tek tek isimlendirilerek toplanıp, geçici atık deposunda biriktirildikten sonra nihai bertaraf firmasına verilmiştir. En fazla atık taşlama prosesinde oluşmuştur. Firmanın üretim proseslerinden kaynaklı atıkların değerlendirilmesinde en fazla R12 yöntemi kullanılarak geri kazanımı sağlanmıştır.
It is a fact that the Organized Industrial Zones are an important contributor to the development of cities. Firstly the planned development and sustainable production of the industry should be aimed in order to achieve a planned urban development, of course, the development and using of clean technologies for this sustainable production, which are also among the basic principles of modern waste management, where the least use of natural resources is used, and the harmful effects of waste on people and the environment, by applying appropriate techniques to minimize the dangerous effects on the environment in the production, using and final disposal of products have been attempted to minimize. In the management of industrial wastes as well as in the whole of waste types, it is aimed to ensure sustainability in terms of both environmental and economic as well as socially. The Organized Industrial Zone, an important dynamism of the Sinop province, is intended to have a sustainable management plan for the environment, economy and, certainly human beings. For that, evaluations were made on a sample of a company. For this purpose, the company's industrial waste management plan was examined and inventory work was carried out. The wastes generated in the processes are named after collecting them individually and stored in the temporary waste storage and then are given to the final disposal company. The most abrasion occurred in the grinding process. In the evaluation of the wastes from the production processes of the company, recovery was achieved by using R12 method at most.
