dc.description.abstractBu tezde I.TBMM'ye Sinop ilini temsilen seçilen milletvekillerinin meclisteki görev süreleri boyunca gerçekleştirdikleri faaliyetler üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Çalışma dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş kısmında Sinop'un inceleme dönemimiz açısından önemi öne çıkarılmış ve çalışmanın özellikleri paylaşılmış, birinci bölümde Sinop ilinin coğrafi özellikleri ve tarihi süreci hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde Türkiye tarihinde anayasal gelişim süreci ile beraber I. TBMM'nin özellikleri, genel işleyişi ve yapısı anlatılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde Sinop ilinden I. TBMM'ye katılan milletvekillerinin hayat hikâyeleri konu edinilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde ise I. TBMM'de görev yapan Sinop milletvekillerinin meclis konuşmaları ve faaliyetleri yer almaktadır. Sonuç olarak çalışmada, kurucu meclis döneminin sonuna kadar görevlerini yürüten milletvekillerimizin Sinop ilini temsil etmek gayretiyle gerçekleştirdikleri faaliyetler ortaya konmuştur. Bu araştırmada konuyu desteklemek için öncelikle Başkanlık Osmanlı Arşivi ve Başkanlık Cumhuriyet Arşivi Belgeleri, TBMM Arşivi Meclis Zabıt Cerideleri kullanılmıştır. Bu belgelerin günümüz Türkçesinde sadeleştirilerek daha iyi anlaşılması hedeflenmiştir. Aynı zamanda konuyla ilgili Türkiye'de yayınlanmış araştırma eserlerden faydalanılmıştır. Ayrıca konuyla ilgili yayınlanan kitaplar, hakemli dergilerde yer alan makaleler, yayınlanmamış yüksek lisans ve doktora tezleri, internet erişimi, ansiklopedik bilgiler kullanılmış, farklı kaynaklara dayanılarak konu zenginleştirilmeye çalışılmıştır.
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, the activities of the deputies elected to the 1st Turkish Grand National Assembly to represent the province of Sinop during their term in the parliament have been studied. The study consists of four parts. In the introduction part, the importance of Sinop in terms of our study period is highlighted and the characteristics of the study are shared, and in the first part, information is given about the geographical features and historical process of Sinop province. In the second chapter, along with the constitutional development process in the history of Turkey, the characteristics, general functioning and structure of the 1st Turkish Grand National Assembly are explained. In the third part, the life stories of the deputies from Sinop, who attended the 1st Turkish Grand National Assembly, are discussed. In the fourth part, the parliamentary speeches and activities of Sinop deputies serving in the 1st Turkish Grand National Assembly are included. As a result, in the study, the activities carried out by our deputies, who carried out their duties until the end of the constituent assembly period, with the effort to represent the province of Sinop are revealed. In this research, primarily the Presidency Ottoman Archive and Presidency Republican Archive Documents, The minutes in Turkish Grand National Assembly Archive are used to support the subject. It is aimed that these documents are simplified and better understood in today's Turkish. At the same time, research works published in Turkey on the subject are used. In addition, published books on the subject, articles in refereed journals, unpublished master's and phd dissertations, internet access, encyclopedic information are used, and the subject is tried to be enriched based on different sources.
