Özet
Hadisleri anlama çabalari ilk dönemlerden itibaren yapilmaktadir. Ilk dönemlerde hadisin anlasilmasina fikhu’l-hadîs denirken daha sonraki süreçte özellikle yazilan eserlere ahkâm hadisi ifadesini kullanilmaktadir. Ahkâm hadisleri çalismalari belirli özellikler tasiyan eserlerdir. Bu özellikler, isnat ve metin dengesi içerisinde onlarca maddeyi içermektedir. Rivayete yer verme sekilleri de bunlardandir. Her bir âlim kendi metodu çerçevesinde eserine aldigi rivayetleri ayri ayri incelemeye tabi tutmustur. Söz konusu usuller rivayetleri daha iyi anlama adina yapilan faaliyetlerdir. Farkli zaman ve zeminlerde yasamis âlimlerin rivayetlere yer verme usullerini tespit etmek ahkâm hadislerini anlamada yar-dimci olacaktir. Onlarin eserlerinde uyguladigi metotlarin ortak ve farkli yönleri ortaya çikarilacaktir. Makalede söz konusu âlimlerin eserleri üzerinden karsilastirmali inceleme neticesinde ortak noktalar tespit edilmeye çalisilmistir. Bu arastirmada, ahkâm hadisleri çalismalarinda dikkate alinan rivayete yer verme sekillerinde ortak noktalarin neler oldugu ve farkliliklari olusturan sebeplerin nelerden meydana geldigi belirlenmeye çalisilacaktir.
