Özet
Hz. Peygamber’in sünnetinin ve Islam hukuk kaidelerinin toplumda belirginlesmesi daha çok hicretten sonra gerçeklesmistir. Hz. Peygamber Hz. Âise ile bu dönemde yuva kurmus, bu vesileyle Hz. Âise Islam hukukunun ve sünnetin detaylari ile birlikte ögrenilmesine büyük katki saglamistir. O, Hz. Ebû Bekir’in kizi oldugu için karakter bakimindan çok güçlü ve ayni zamanda kültürlü bir insandi. Bununla birlikte Hz. Peygamber’in henüz onun küçüklügünden itibaren yetismesine dikkat etmesi, evliligi sonrasinda güvenli ve destekleyici bir aile ortami saglamasi, birlikte kaliteli zaman geçirmeye özen göstermesi ve toplum içinde sayginlik kazanmasi için gerekli imkanlari hazirlamasi Hz. Ayse’yi kisilik olarak gelistirmis, esinin vefatindan sonra onun Islam toplumunda dinî bir otorite olmasini beraberinde getirmistir. Rasûlullah’in Hz. Âise ile iliskileri bizlere ayni zamanda ideal bir es örnegi sunmaktadir. Bu makalede Hz. Peygamber’in Hz. Âise ile evlilik süreci ve evlilik sonrasi iliskileri Hz. Âise’nin kisilik gelisimine etkisi açisindan incelenmektedir.
The crystallization of the sunnah of Prophet Muhammad and the principles of Islamic law in society occurred more prominently after the migration (hijrah). During this period, Prophet Muhammad established a household with ?A?isha, thereby making a significant contribution to the understanding of Islamic law and the details of the Sunnah. As the daughter of Abu Bakr, ?A?isha was a strong and cultured individual in terms of her character. Moreover, Prophet Muhammad’s attention to her upbringing since her young age, his provision of a safe and supportive family environment after their marriage, his efforts to spend quality time together, and his creation of the necessary environment for her to gain respect within the community contributed to the development of ?A?isha’s personality. Following her husband's passing, she became a religious authority in the Islamic society. The relationship between Prophet Muhammad and ?A?isha also serves as an ideal example of a spouse. This article examines the marriage process between Prophet Muhammad and ?A?isha, as well as their post-marriage relationship, in terms of their impact on ?A?isha’s personality development.
