It will delve into the sub-factors of technostress, present explanatory theories, offer management strategies for leaders to mitigate technostress, and conduct evaluations. The study also includes tips for future research and limitations. The study endeavors to furnish valuable insights to academics specializing in the field, leaders that need to perform in today's competitive work environments and other interested readers.
