dc.description.abstractAs the effects of preschool education on the development of children are seen, preschool education is becoming more important all over the world. The concept of metaphor is one of the most effective ways of expressing feelings and thoughts. The narration is enriched by using metaphors. With the use of metaphors, abstract concepts and concrete concepts that are difficult to understand can be easily expressed by being inspired by nature or other places as well as using analogies and references. Culture is one of the factors that facilitate the coexistence of society. The preservation and intergenerational transmission of culture and cultural heritage have great importance. It is important to address these issues in pre-school education in terms of understanding cultural heritage values and protecting the concepts of tangible and intangible cultural heritage. In this study, metaphor analysis method is used to determine the perceptions of preschool education teaching undergraduate students regarding the concept of cultural heritage and their approaches. The study is aimed to see what kind of metaphors are used/can be used on the concept of cultural heritage.
dc.description.abstractOkul öncesi egitimin çocuklarin gelisimindeki etkileri görüldügü için, okul öncesi egitime bütün dünyada gün geçtikçe daha fazla önem verilmektedir. Metafor kavrami duygu ve düsünceleri anlatmanin en etkili yollarindan birisidir. Metaforlar kullanilarak anlatim zenginlestirilir, dogadan veya baska yerlerden esinlenerek, benzesimler ve atiflar kullanilarak anlasilmasi zor ve soyut kavramlarin, bildigimiz, gördügümüz ve dokundugumuz somut kavramlar ile ifade edilerek anlasilmasi kolaylastirilir. Kültür toplumun bir arada yasamasini kolaylastiran etkenlerden biri olarak görülmektedir. Kültürün ve kültürel miraslarin korunmasi ve nesiller arasi aktarimi büyük önem tasimaktadir. Kültürel miras degerlerinin anlasilmasi, somut ve soyut kültürel miras kavramlarinin korunmasi açisindan okul öncesi egitimde bu konularin ele alinmasi önemlidir. Bu çalismada, okul öncesi egitimi ögretmenligi lisans ögrencilerinin kültürel miras kavramina bakis açilari ve yaklasimlarina iliskin algilarinin belirlenmesi için metafor analizi yöntemi kullanilmistir. Çalismada, kültürel miras kavrami konusunda hangi tür metaforlarin kullanildigini/kullanilabileceginin görülmesi amaçlanmistir.
