dc.description.abstractModern kalkinma teorilerinin zaman içerisinde ortaya çikardigi basarisiz sonuçlar, Türkiye’nin yeni yaklasimlara yönelmesine neden olmustur. Bu yönelimler, son olarak bölgesel kalkinma çerçevesinde tavandan tabana merkeziyetçi kalkinma anlayisindan çikip, yerelin ön plana çiktigi tabandan tavana bölgesel kalkinma anlayisina dönüsmüstür. Yeni bölgeselcilik yaklasimi olarak ifade edilen bu süreçte, bölgenin dinamiklerinin ön plana çikarilarak sosyo-ekonomik olarak gelisme saglanmasi hedeflenmektedir. Çalismada bu dönüsüm, Türkiye’nin bu kapsamdaki gelisme süreci ile Sinop ili örnegiyle incelenmistir.
dc.description.abstractModern development theories have not shown successful results over time. This situation has led Turkey's orientation towards new approaches. Nowadays, these approaches are turn to local based bottom-up regional development from top-down centralist development within the framework of regional development. In this process, which is called new regionalism approach, it is aimed  to ensure socio-economic development by featuring the divers of locality. In this study, this transformation were analyzed by Turkey’s development process in example of Sinop province.
