Özet
Bu çalismada, hamsi (Engraulis encrasicolus L.) ve çaça (Sprattus sprattus L.) unu ile hazirlanan yemlerin, yunus çiklit (Crytocara moori) yavrularinin büyüme performansi ve yem degerlendirme orani üzerine etkileri arastirilmistir. Üç tekerrürlü olarak yürütülen çalismada, baslangiç ortalama agirligi 0,247 ± 0,00 olan yavru baliklar, su sicakligi 24.3 oC olan 20 L su hacmine sahip 6 adet akvaryuma stok yogunlugu 10 adet balik/akvaryum olacak sekilde konulmustur. Yunus çiklit baliginin besin ihtiyaçlarina göre hazirlanmis izonitrojenik (% 45 protein) ve izolipidik (% 20 yag) olarak formüle edilmis iki ayri deneme yemi ile baliklar 12 hafta süreyle günde iki kez yemlenmislerdir. Deneme sonunda en iyi canli agirlik artisi, spesifik büyüme orani, yem degerlendirme orani ve protein dönüsüm randimani, çaça unu ile hazirlanan yemle beslenen gruptan elde edilmis ve hamsi unu ile hazirlanan yemle beslenen grupla kiyaslandiginda aradaki farkin istatistiksel olarak önemli (p < 0,05) oldugu bulunmustur
In this study, the effects of diets prepared with anchovy (Engraulis encrasicolus L.) and sprat (Sprattus sprattus L.) fish meals on the growth of the blue dolphin cichlid (Crytocara moorii) fry was determined. At the start of this study, which was randomly assigned to triplicate groups, fry with an average weight of 0.247 ± 0.00 g were stocked in 6 aquariums with a water temperatureof 24.3 oC and a volume of 20 liters at a rate of 10 fish / aquarium. Two experimental diets which were formulated in accordance with the needs of the fish feed in both isonitrogenic (45 % protein) and isolipidic (20 % lipid); fish were fed 2 times a day for 12-week period. At the end of this trial period; the best weight gain, specific growth rate, feed conversion rate and protein efficiency ratio were all obtained in the group fed with the sprat fish meals and a statistically significant difference (p < 0.05) was detected when the results obtained from this group were compared with the results obtained from the group fed with the anchovy fish meals
