Özet
This study which is conducted as a survey research aims to investigate the relationship among theundergraduate tourism students’ attitudes towards English, internship experiences and theirintention to make a career in tourism. The study also included the relationship between thedemographic characteristics of the participants with the variables. The data of the study wereobtained from 373 students studying at the School of Tourism and Hotel Management at TokatGaziosmanpasa University Data were analyzed by Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Theresults indicate that students who have voluntarily chosen their department, have positive opinionabout the business where they did their internship, enjoy English and have positive attitudestowards the English learning activities outside the classroom tend to make a career in the tourismsector.
