| dc.description.abstract | Endülüs, diğer alanlarda olduğu gibi hadiste de önemli gelişmelerin sağlandığı İslâm coğrafyasının önemli merkezlerinden birisidir. Endülüs’te hadisin gelişmesinde farklı amillerden söz etmek mümkündür. Bunlardan belki de en önemlisi kadılardır. Hadisin gelişmesinde kadıların rolü yaşanan süreçleri etkileyecek seviyededir. Endülüs’e hadisin giriş, gelişme ve zayıflamasında kadıların önemli ölçüde belirleyici olduğu görülmektedir. Onlar hem hadis eğitimi almakta, hem de kadılık görevini yerine getirirken insanlara nakilde bulunmaktadırlar. Endülüs âlimleri zikredildiğinde akla gelenlerin önemli bir kısmı muhaddis kadılardan meydana gelmektedir. Endülüs kadılarının hayatları ve aldıkları eğitim incelendiğinde yaklaşık dörtte birinin hadis nakleden kadılardan oluştuğu tespit edilmektedir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Andalucia, as seen in other disciplines, is one of the important centres in hadith scientific. When speaking of the development of Hadith in Andalusia, it possibles speak to from some authorities. Qadi’s are foremost of them. Qadi’s roles in the development process of hadith are level of the effection. The effection of the qadi’s is entry, growth and weakening of hadith activity in Andalucia. Qadi’s receive education and enlighten peoples the hadith while being qadi mission. Hadith scholary qadi’s are to recur to the mind in rememberance of the Andalucia scholary. When to investigation life of the qadi’s and educations ascertains one fourth of qadi’s of the hadith transmitting medium. | |
