Özet
Hidrometeorolojik veriler kullanilarak yapilanmühendislik çalismalarinda, verilerin eksiksiz ve yeterli uzunlukta olmasiçalismalarin verimliligini arttirmaktadir. Bölgesel mühendislik çalismalardaise verilerin istenen sekilde olmasinin yaninda uygun bölgelerin debelirlenmesi tasarim ve uygulama çalismalarinin daha verimli olmasinisaglayacaktir. Bu bölgelerin belirlenmesinde hidrometerolojik verilerin yanindacografi konum verilerin de kullanilmasi gerekmektedir. Bu çalisma kapsaminda Karadenizbölgesindeki Devlet Meteoroloji Islerine ait meteoroloji gözlem istasyonlarindagözlemlenen, Standart Süreli Yagislarin Siddetlerine ait veriler kullanilarakbölgesel kümelerin olusturulmasi amaçlanmistir. Bu amaçla Bulanik C Ortalamalaryöntemi kullanilmistir. . Kümeleme çalismalari iki farkli küme sayisi içinyapilmis olup en uygun küme sayisi 4 olarak belirlenmistir.
In the engineering studies using hydrometeorological data, theefficiency of the studies which are complete and sufficient length of the dataincreases. In the case of regional engineering studies,designation of the appropriate areas as well as the desired data will ensurethat the design and application works are more efficient. Geographical locationdata should be used in addition to hydrometerological data. Withinthe scope of this study, it was aimed to create regional clusters by using thedata related to the intensity of Standart Periodic Precipitation observed inmeteorological observation stations belonging to the State Meteorological Worksin the Black Sea region. For this purpose, the fuzzy c-means method was used. Clustering studies were carried out for two different sets of numbersand the optimal number of sets was 4.
