dc.description.abstractBu arastirmanin amaci, Agri’da atletizm sporu yapan elit seviyedeki uzun mesafe atletlerine uygulanan antrenman programinin sporcularin basarilarina olan etkisini incelemektir. Bu amaçla ilgili literatür incelenerek arastirma problemine iliskin bilgilere yer verilmeye çalisilmistir. Arastirmaya düzenli olarak antrenman yapan ve Bayram M. tarafindan gelistirilen farkli antrenman programinin 23-25 yas grubu 10 erkek milli takim sporcu katilmistir. Çalisma II bölümden olusmustur. I bölüm Hazirlik Dönemi II. Bölüm ise müsabaka dönemi olarak ele alinmistir. Hazirlik bölümü ve II. Hazirlik bölümü seklinde antrenmanlara 3 Ay devam edilmistir.(kasim-Aralik –ocak) ayni antrenmanlar atletlere her ay tekrarlanmis, ocak ayi sonunda atletlere 5.000mt deneme yarisi yapilmis elde edilen veriler tespit edilmistir II. Bölümde ise elde edilen veriler isiginda müsabaka dönemine ait yeni bir antrenman programi gelistirilerek atletlere uygulanmis. Uygulama öncesi ve sonrasinda elde edilen dereceler tespit edilmis, karsilastirilmis ve degerlendirilmistir. Sonuç olarak: Antrenman yapan atletlerin hazirlik dönemi ve müsabaka dönemi antrenmanlari ve bu antrenmanlar sonucunda elde etmis olduklari zaman araliklari tablo 1-2-3-4’te gösterilmistir Yapilan yarisma sonuçlari Türkiye atletizm federasyonu resmi sayfasinda ilan edilmistir
dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this research is to demonstrate the alternative training programs applied to professional national athletes performing athletics in Agri and the effects of such training programs upon the athletes’ success.The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the training program applied to long distance athletes at the elite level who perform athletics in Agri to the achievement of athletes.For this purpose, the related literature has been examined and information about the research problem has been tried to be included. A different training program developed by Bayram M. who regularly trained in the study participated in the 23-25 age group and 10 male national team athletes. The study was formed from chapter II. I chapter Preparation Period II. Section is dealt with as Competition Period. I. Preparation section and II. (November-December-January) Same Training Shorts Athletes Repeated every month, At the end of January Athletes 5.000mt Trial races Result obtained is determined. In the section, a new training program for the competition period was developed and applied to athletes in the obtained data. The grades obtained before and after the application were determined, compared and evaluated.Consequently, the period of preparation for training and competition in athletes training and this training period in the time frames they have obtained the results shown in the table 1-2-3-4't Made contest results were announced in the official page Turkey Athletics Federation
