Turizm Lisans Öğrencilerinin Girişimcilik Eğilimleri - Sinop Üniversitesi Örneği
Özet
Girişimcilik; emek, sermaye ve doğal kaynakların bir araya getirilerek mal veya hizmet meydana getirebilmesi faaliyetlerine verilen genel adıdır. Girişimci ise bu faaliyetleri gerçekleştiren kişidir. Bu çalışmada lisans turizm öğrencilerinin girişimcilik eğilimleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada belirlenen amaca ulaşabilmek için Aktürk (2012) tarafından hazırlanan anket formu kullanılmıştır. Toplanan veriler SPSS paket programı aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Farklılık testi sonuçlarına göre lisans turizm öğrencilerinin duygusal girişimcilik eğilimleri; yaş, cinsiyet, iş deneyimi ve aile mesleği faktörlerine göre anlamlılık tespit edilememiştir. Ayrıca öğrencilerin diğer iki boyut (düşünsel girişimcilik eğilimi, eylemsel girişimcilik eğilimi) ile demografik değişkenler arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır. Anne ve babaların farklı meslek dallarında çalıştığını, öğrencilerin girişimcilik düşüncesinde kararsız kaldıklarını ve tecrübesiz olduklarını ifade etmişlerdir. Özellikle öğrenciler girişimcilik anlamında eğitilmeli ve kendilerine güvenmeleri sağlanmalıdır.
Entrepreneurship is the general name given to activities of generating goods or service by bringing together labor, capital and natural resources. The entrepreneur is the person who carries out these activities. In this study, it was tried to determine entrepreneurship tendencies of undergraduate tourism students. A questionnaire form prepared by Aktürk (2012) was used to reach the objectives determined in the research. The obtained data has been analyzed by SPSS packet program. Emotional entrepreneurship tendencies of undergraduate tourism students according to the results of diversity test; no differentiation was found according to age, gender, work experience and family occupation factors. There is a differentiation only between the chapter factor that students read. The tendency of intellectual entrepreneurship differs only on the factor of family occupation. Moreover, there were no significant differences between the two dimensions of students (intellectual entrepreneurship tendency, entrepreneurial tendency) and demographic variables. The use of mothers and fathers in different professions has indicated that they are indifferent to value entrepreneurship and that they are inexperienced. Training must be trained and their confidence should be preserved.
