Özet
Toplumlarin kültürel veahlaki degerleri tarihsel süreçte ekonomik yapilarinin sekillenmesinde büyükrol oynamistir. Ilkel toplumdan tarim toplumuna veya sanayi toplumundan bilgitoplumuna geçis süreci her toplumda farkli zamanlarda ve düzeylerdeyasanmistir. Çalismada bilgi toplumuna geçis sürecinde Türkiye ekonomisininyapisal degisimini göz önüne alan bir degerlendirme yapilmistir. Türkiye’ninsanayilesme sürecinde teknolojinin içsellestirilmesi açisindan geri kalmisligive bilgi toplumu olma yolunda yasananlar tartisilmistir.
Inthe history of shaping the structure of an economy, the cultural and moralvalues of societies have played a major role. The process of transition fromprimitive society to agriculture society, or from industrial society toinformation-knowledge society has been experienced at different times andlevels in every society. In this study, transition of Turkish economy to aknowledge society has been discussed. An assessment has been made back in theindustrialization process of Turkey about falling behind of developed countriesin terms of the internalization of technology and experiences in becoming aninformation society have been mentioned.
