Özet
Turizmde helâlkavrami hem turizm endüstrisi hem de arastirmacilar için ilgi duyulan ve hizligelisim gösteren konulardan biri olarak görülmektedir. Kisaca helâl turizm; turizm endüstrisi ile ilgili olan birolayin ya da nesnenin Islami kurallara göre gerçeklestirilmesidir. Helâl turizm pazarinin gelisimi ve basarisi Islamikural ve ilkelere ne düzeyde bagli kalindigiyla da oldukça ilgilidir. Dünyadapek çok Müslüman; egitim, is, saglik, kültür, dinlenme, ibadet gibi amaçlarlaseyahat etmekte, seyahatlerini Islami esaslara göre gerçeklestirmekistemektedir. Ancak bu ürünlerin sunumu asamasinda; kaynagini aldigi Kur’an-iKerim ve Hadislerden ne ölçüde yararlanip yararlanmadigi büyük bir önemtasimaktadir. Literatür incelendiginde; helâl turizm pazarina yönelik arastirmalaryapilmasina karsin, konuyu Kur-an’i Kerim ve Hadisler açisindan inceleyenarastirmalarin yerli literatürde oldukça sinirli sayida oldugu görülmektedir.Bu arastirma, Helâl turizm kavramini,ilkelerini ve uygulamalarini Kuran-i Kerim ve Hadisler araciligi ile incelemeyiamaçlamaktadir. Arastirma amacina istinaden; yerli ve yabanci literatürincelemesinden sonra; Helâl Turizmkavrami, ilkeleri ve uygulamalari Kur-an’i Kerim ayet ve hadisleri kapsamindadegerlendirilmis, kamuya ve özel sektöre yönelik bazi öneriler sunulmustur.
Halal concept on tourism is seen as an interesting and rapidlygrowing area both tourism industry and researchers. Halal tourism is brieflydefined that actions or objects related to tourism is realised according toIslamic teachings. Most Muslims in the world travels with aims as education,jobs, health, culture, relaxing, worship and they realize to their travelsaccording to Islamic Principles and teaching. In the course of the presentationof these products; It is of great importance whether these products takes advantage of the Qur'an and Hadith fromwhich it received its source or not. When the literature has been examined;although there are some researches related to halal tourism market; It is seenthat there are limited researches being examined especially in terms of Qur’anand Hadith in domestic literature. This paper aims to examine halal tourismconcept, principles, practices within Koran and Hadith. For the purpose ofresearch; After examining of domestic and foreign literature; Halal tourism concepts,principles and practices have been evaluated within the scope of Quranic verseand Hadith and some suggestions to public and private sector has been made.
