dc.description.abstractPositiveeffect of organizational commitment on the sustainable competitiveness oforganization  is broadly  accepted through business world. Besidesresearches in which positive results of organizational commitment are observedthere are also researches in which negative results of organizationalcommitment are observed. Workaholism which is accepted as negative result oforganizational commitment is explained as an irrestibel drive to workincessantly. Performance states the positive outputs of employees which are inline with organizational targets. In this research model in which positiveeffect of organizational commitment will be decreased by workaholism. 155employees of a organization in Sinop are composing sample group. According toresults of analyses partial mediation effect of workaholism is observed.
dc.description.abstractÖrgütselbagliligin isletmelerin sürdürülebilir rekabet avantajina olan olumlu etkisi ishayatinda her geçen gün daha fazla kabul edilen bir gerçeklik olmaktadir.Örgütsel bagliligin olumlu sonuçlarinin gözlemlendigi arastirmalarin yanindabazi arastirmalarda olumsuz sonuçlari da gözlenmektedir. Örgütsel bagliliginolumsuz sonuçlarindan bir tanesi olarak gözlenen iskoliklik davranislarçalisanlarin kendilerini sürekli çalismaktan alikoyamamasini ifade etmektedir.Performans çalisanlarin örgütlerin amaçlari dogrultusundaki olumlu çiktilariniifade etmektedir. Iskolikligin performans üzerinde örgütsel davranisin olumluetkisinin azaltacaginin öngörüldügü arastirma modelinde veriler SPSS 21 veProcess 3.0 kullanilarak analiz edilmistir. Sinop ilinde faaliyet gösteren birisletmenin 155 çalisani arastirma örneklemini olusturmaktadir. Verilerin analizsonuçlarina göre iskolikligin örgütsel davranis ve performans arasinda kismiaracilik etkisi gözlenmistir.
