Orta Karadeniz’de Avlanan Çaça (Sprattus sprattus phalericus RISSO, 1826) Stoğunun Genel Durumu ve Balık Endüstrisi İçerisindeki Yerinin Araştırılması

Özet
Bu araştırma, Orta Karadeniz’de çaça balığı (Sprattus sprattus phalericus Risso, 1826) stokunun genel durumu ve balık endüstrisindeki yerinin incelenmesi amacıyla 2004–2005 av sezonunda yürütülmüştür. Toplam 4038 adet balık incelenmiş olup, populasyonun %59’unu dişi, %41’ini erkek bireyler oluşturmakta ve cinsiyet oranları arasındaki fark önemsiz bulunmuştur (P>0.05). Boy dağılımının 5,2 cm ile 12,5 cm, ağırlık dağılımının ise 0,96 g ile 11,81 g arasında olduğu, kondisyon faktörü ocak ayında en yüksek değere (0,62±0,0691) ulaşırken, şubat ayında ise en düşük değerde (0,552±0,0016) olduğu belirlenmiştir. Gonatlardaki yumurtaların, kasım-şubat döneminde gözle görülebilir büyüklükte olduğu belirlenmiştir. Üreme kasım-mart arasında gerçekleşmiştir. Populasyonun boy ağırlık ilişkisi, W=0,0062 L 3,0938 (r=0,98) şeklinde saptanmıştır. Yaş gruplarının I-IV arasında olduğu, yaşlara ait ortalama boylar sırasıyla, 6,99±0,478 cm, 8,72±0,350 cm, 10,03±0,266 cm, 11,02±0,299 cm tespit edilmiş ve II. yaşın dominant olduğu belirlenmiştir. Von Bertalanffy büyüme denklemi genel, dişi ve erkek bireyler için sırasıyla, L t = 14,10[1-e – 0,279(t+1,455) ], L t = 13,15[1-e –0,334(t+1,333) ] ve L t = 14,34[1-e –0,293(t+1,276) ] şeklinde hesaplanmıştır. 2004–2005 av sezonunda balık unu ve yağı fabrikalarından sadece bir tanesinin, mart ayı hariç kasım-mayıs ayları süresince üretim yaptığı belirlenmiştir. Bu fabrikaya av sezonunda toplam 31 adet gırgır ve orta su trolü takımı balık vermiştir. Fabrikada 16.848 ton balık işlenmiş, 2.529 ton un ile 1.416 ton yağ elde edilmiş, ortalama un ve yağ oranları sırasıyla %15.01, %8.41 olarak tespit edilmiştir. İşlenen toplam miktarın yaklaşık %30’unu çaça karşılamıştır.
In this study, stock structure and fisheries industry of the sprat ( Sprattus sprattus phalericus RISSO, 1826) were investigate in the middle Turkish Black Sea cost in 2004-2005 fishing season. Total 4038 individual fish were investigated. The percentage of females and males was 59% and 41% the sex ratio was not significant (P>0.05). The minimum and maximum lengths were 5.2 cm and 12.5 cm, weight were 0.96 g and 11.81 g, respectively. Condition factor was maximum in January (0.620±0.0691) and minimum in February (0.552±0.0016). It was determined that the eggs can be seen by visual observation in gonads between November and February. Reproduction was conducted between November-March. The length-weight relationship was W=0.0062 L 3.0938 (r=0.98). Age was I-IV. year with mean lengths of 6.99±0.478 cm, 8.72±0.350 cm, 10.03±0.266, 11.02±0.299 cm were obtained. In fishing season total 2.529 tons fish meal and 1.416 tons fish oil were produced. Mean fish meal and oil ratio were 15.01% and 8.41%, respectively.
