Özet
Karadeniz'in Sinop kıyılarından yakalanan bazı balıkların nematod parazit faunasını belirlemek amacıyla Haziran 2016 - Mayıs 2017 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilen bu araştırmada, yakalanan balıklarda belirlenen nematod parazit türleri, mikrohabitatları, enfeksiyon değerleri, konak-parazit ilişkileri ile ilgili veriler ayrıntılı olarak sunulmuştur. Araştırmada, 30 balık türü; Engraulis engrasicolus, Trachurus trachurus, Mullus barbatus, Belone belone, Scorpaena porcus, Spicara smaris, Diplodus annularis, Solea solea, Arnoglossus laterna, Chelidonichthys lucerna, Alosa immaculata, Merlangius merlangus, Chelon auratus, Pomatomus saltatrix, Platichthys flesus, Neogobius melanostomus, Mesogobius batrachocephalus, Gobius niger, Gobius cruentatus Gaidropsarus mediterraneus, Ophidion rochei, Uranoscopus scaber, Trachinus draco, Symphodus cinereus, Symphodus tinca, Symphodus roissali, Parablennius sanguinolentus, Serranus scriba, Raja clavata, ve Squalus acanthias incelenmiştir.
In this study, which was conducted between June 2016 and May 2017 to determine the nematoda parasitic fauna of some fishes caught from Sinop coasts of Black Sea, detailed data about nematoda parasite species determined in captured fishes, microhabitats, infection values and host-parasite relationships were presented. In this research, 30 fish species (Engraulis engrasicolus, Trachurus trachurus, Mullus barbatus, Belone belone, Scorpaena porcus, Spicara smaris, Diplodus annularis, Solea solea, Arnoglossus laterna, Chelidonichthys lucerna, Alosa immaculata, Merlangius merlangus, Chelon auratus, Pomatomus saltatrix, Platichthys flesus, Neogobius melanostomus, Mesogobius batrachocephalus, Gobius niger, Gobius cruentatus Gaidropsarus mediterraneus, Ophidion rochei, Uranoscopus scaber, Trachinus draco, Symphodus cinereus, Symphodus tinca, Symphodus roissali, Parablennius sanguinolentus, Serranus scriba, Raja clavata, and Squalus acanthias) were examined. During in the present study, 12 nematoda parasite species belonging to 7 families, Hysterothylacium aduncum, Hysterothylacium fabri, Philometra saltatrix, Philometra globiceps, Spinitectus tamari, Ascarophis valentina, Ascarophis sp., Capillaria (Procapillaria) gracilis, Capillaria sp., Dichelyne (Cucullanellus) minutus, Contraceacum sp. and Johnstonmawsonia sp. were identified in 30 fish species. From these species; Spinitectus tamari, Capillaria (Procapillaria) gracilis, Johnstonmawsonia sp. nematode parasit species are new records for our country. Hysterothylacium aduncum nematode parasite infected in 26 different fsh species and it has the widest host range. In the study, Gaidropsarus mediterraneus was infected with more nematode parasite species (6 nematod species) than the other fish species. In the present research, distribution in host and morphology of the nematode parasites in different fish species collected from the Black Sea coast of Turkey were studied in detail.
