    Deniz Ağ Kafes Sistemli Avrupa Deniz Levreği (Dicentrarchus labrax) yetiştiricilik tesisinde iş sağlığı ve güvenliği yönetim sisteminin uygulanması

    Bu çalışmanın amacı ticari bir deniz ağ kafes sistemli Avrupa deniz levreği (Dicentrarchus labrax) yetiştiricilik tesisinde, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği açısından ortaya çıkabilecek olası tehlike ve riskleri belirlemek, bu tehlike ve riskleri analiz ederek, kabul edilebilir seviyelerde tutabilmek amacıyla alınması gereken önlemleri belirlemektir. Uygulama alanı olarak ticari bir deniz ağ kafes sistemli Avrupa deniz levreği yetiştiricilik tesisi seçilmiştir. Risk analizi çalışmasında, L tipi Matris Metodu kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışma sonucunda tehlike ve riskler; karasal, denizel ve nakil üniteleri için ayrı ayrı tespit edilmiş, risk seviyelerinin kabul edilebilir seviyelere gelebilmesi için gerekli önlemler belirlenmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında toplam 33 adet tehlike tespit edilmiştir. İşletmede tolere edilemez ve katlanılabilir risk seviyesinde tehlike tespit edilmemiş, 16 tehlikenin önemli risk seviyesinde olduğu, 17 tehlikenin ise dikkate değer risk seviyesinde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu risk seviyelerinin anlamsız risk seviyesine ve tolere edilebilir risk seviyesine düşürülebilmesi için alınabilecek önlemler konusunda çeşitli tavsiyelerde bulunulmuştur.

    Occupational Health and Safety of Fisheries and Aquaculture Sector in Turkey Under the Concept of "Decent Work"

    Promoting decent work in fisheries and aquaculture is an important strategy that provides more effective fisheries management and responsible aquaculture while at the same time improves livelihoods and food security. An important component of human welfare is the treatment of workers in industry. Those working in the fisheries sector do not have equal rights and are not paid equally as those in similar sectors and the formation of employment in this way cause to be a determining factor in public perception of fisheries and aquaculture sector. In the development of fisheries and aquaculture, occupational health and safety of employees should be a priority, such as the decent work right, as well as sustainable fishing resources and increased production. In this context, occupational health and safety of fisheries and aquaculture sector in Turkey under the concept of "decent work" was evaluated in the light of the available data. A total of 2541 occupational accidents and 21 deaths occurred in the last 18 years in fisheries and aquaculture activities in our country. 55.4% of the occupational accidents in the aquaculture sector in recent years is in the marine fish aquaculture, while 34.8% are in the marine fisheries, and these rates are relatively low in the freshwater fisheries (4.2%) and the freshwater fish aquaculture (5.6%). A significant relationship was determined between the increase in marine fish aquaculture production based on years and the increase in occupational accidents. It is thought that occupational health and safety trainings for employees will contribute to the reduction of occupational accidents, which have increased significantly in recent years.
