Öğe Cornu aspersum (Müller 1774) ve Helix lucorum (Linnaeus 1758) Türü Kara Salyangozlarinin Biyokimyasal Kompozisyonu(Tokat Gaziosmanpasa University, 2019) Duman, Mehmet Bedrettin; Çelik, M. YesimÇalismada, Helix lucorum ve Cornu aspersum (sinonim: Helix aspersa) türü karasalyangozlarinin yenilebilir et kisminin (ayak+bas) biyokimyasal kompozisyonu degerlendirilmistir.Bir yillik çalisma süresince kuru madde üzerinden elde edilen verilere göre H. lucorum’da ortalama protein,karbonhidrat, kuru madde, kül ve yag sirasiyla %65.08±1.40, %15.56±1.69,%17.30±0.53, %15.53±0.48 ve %3.84±0.45 olarak tespit edilirken C. aspersum türünde sirasiyla%62.70±1.72, %21.44±12.05, %16.21±0.64, %11.92±0.33 ve %3.93±0.34 olarakbulunmustur. Arastirma sonuçlari, her iki tür kara salyangozunun biyokimyasalparametrelerindeki degisimlerin gonadal gelisim, beslenme ve uyku dönemlerindenetkilendigini göstermistir. Protein ve yagin yumurta olusumunda kullanilan baslicakimyasal içerik oldugu tespit edilmistir. Ayrica elde edilen bulgular, karasalyangozlarinin yüksek protein ve düsük yag orani ile ideal bir hayvansalbesin olarak degerlendirilebilecegini ortaya koymaktadir.Öğe Kalsiyum Kaynagi Olarak Yumurta Kabuklarinin Yavru Kara Salyangozunun (Cornu Aspersum Müller, 1774) Büyüme Performansi Üzerine Etkileri(Tokat Gaziosmanpasa University, 2024) Dernekbasi, Seval; Karatas, Emin; Uzun Gören, Gülsen; Çelik, M. YesimBu çalismada, kalsiyum kaynagi olarak yeme ilave edilen yumurta kabugunun yavru kara salyangozlarin (Cornu aspersum) büyüme performanslari üzerindeki etkisi degerlendirilmistir. Arastirmada limestone (LMS) karsilik membranli (ES) ve membransiz (MES) olarak iki farkli sekilde yemlere ilave edilen yumurta kabuklari kullanilarak 3 deneme yemi hazirlanmistir. Deneme yemleri protein, lipid ve kalsiyum oranlari esit olacak sekilde hazirlanmistir. Deneme 45 gün süre ile yürütülmüs ve 15 günlük peryodlar halinde ara tartimlar yapilarak salyangozlarin büyüme oranlari takip edilmistir. Yesim; Dernekbasi, Seval; Uzun Gören, Gülsen; Karatas, Emin; Karayücel, SedatThe purpose of this study was to investige the reproductive success of land snails (Cornu aspersum) without photoperiod during the non-breeding season in the Black Sea Region between December 2019 and January 2020. Snails, which were placed in cold storage for a hundred days, were awakened in December. The reproductive performances were assessed under semi-controlled laboratory conditions using the natural daylight cycle and the ideal temperature and moisture. The experiment was designed as a single group with 3 replications. The experiment was designed 3 replications, with 10 snails in each replicate in total of 30 snails. The reproductive performance of the snails was observed daily and the first mating took place on the 9th day of the study and the first egg-laying was detected in the second week of the study. The fecundity of the snails was 43%. Spawning activity was continued through to 3 weeks. The mean number of eggs, hatching rate and the number of offsprings were 151.13±22.02, 90.33±2.39% and 138.13±21.09, respectively. The mean egg and offspring live weights were 0.034±0.001 g and 0.03±0.007 g, respectively. The findings showed that the reproductive performance was low. In conclusion, reproductive performance is unsuitable for commercial snail production without the photoperiod treatment during the non-breeding season.
