    EKOLOJIK TARIM TURIZMINE KATILANLARIN BEKLENTILERI, MEMNUNIYET DÜZEYLERI, TEKRAR KATILMA NIYETLERI VE TAVSIYE NIYETLERININ BELIRLENMESI ÜZERINE SINOP ILINDE BIR ARASTIRMA

    Günümüzde turizm sektörü, ekonomik ve sosyal girdi saglayan oldukça büyük bir potansiyel haline gelmistir. Öte yandan küresellesme ile birlikte dünya üzerinde hemen her sektörde gelisme ve degisme yasanmaya baslamistir. Turizm sektörü de küresellesmeye ayak uydurarak bir degisim içerisine girmistir. Turizmde gerçeklesen küresellesme sonucu ortaya çikan talepler çesitli turizm türlerinin olusmasina zemin hazirlamistir. Zamanla hem turizm taleplerinde hem de turist profillerinde yasanan degisim insanlarin gündelik yasamlarindan uzaklasarak alisilagelmis turizm türlerinden farkli bir seyahat istemeleri sonucu eko-turizm, tarim turizmi gibi dogaya dayali turizm türlerine olan talepleri de beraberinde getirmistir. Bu çalismada, ekolojik tarim turizmi tüm yönleri ile ele alinmistir. Çalismanin amaci Sinop ilinde gerçeklestirilen ekolojik tarim turizmi destinasyonlarinin belirlenmesi ve bu alanlara gelen ziyaretçilerin beklentilerini ve görüslerini tespit etmektir. Bu amaçla birlikte ekolojik çiftliklere gelen ziyaretçilerin beklentilerini, memnuniyet düzeylerini, ekolojik tarim turizmine katilma niyetlerini ve memnun kalmalari dogrultusunda baskalarina tavsiye etme niyetlerini belirleyerek Sinop ili ekolojik tarim turizmine katki saglamaktir. Bu baglamda Sinop ili mevcut ekolojik tarim turizmi potansiyeli degerlendirilerek gelistirilmesi için yeni öneriler getirilmesi amaçlanmistir. Çalismada nicel arastirma yöntemlerinden anket teknigi uygulanmistir. Arastirmanin bulgularini 2019-2020 yili içerisinde Sinop ilinde ekolojik tarim turizmine katilan ziyaretçiler olusturmaktadir. Elde edilen bulgular dogrultusunda katilimcilarin %57,4 ile büyük çogunlugunun ekolojik tarim turizminin gerçeklestirdigi çiftliklere bir kere gittikleri ve %34,8 ile arkadas tavsiyesi üzerine gittikleri belirlenmistir. Ziyaretçilere konaklama süreleri soruldugunda %58,2 ile büyük çogunlugunun iki gece konakladiklari sonucuna ulasilmistir bununla birlikte çiftliklere gitme durumlari olarak %68,5 ile gönüllü olarak katildiklarini belirtirlerken %31,5 ile konuk olarak katildiklarini belirtmislerdir. Öte yandan ziyaretçilerin çiftliklerde katildiklari faaliyetlerden %43,6 ile bahçe ve tarim isleri cevabini vermislerdir. Sinop ilinde yer alan ekoturizm faaliyetleri, yörenin dogal kaynaklari ve mevcut potansiyeli göz önünde bulundurularak ekolojik tarim turizminin Sinop ilinde sürdürülebilirligi incelenmistir. Arastirma sonuçlarina istinaden bazi öneriler gelistirilmistir.

    Intention to Use Social Media Technology Among Customers

    Today, the whole world has entered into a process of change with globalization. With globalization, it has become a very important situation to gain technological developments, sectoral competition and strategic superiority. It has become very important for businesses to be able to maintain their position in the sector and develop their businesses, as competition increases day by day. Businesses require active use of technology in order to gain an advantage over their competitors and to gain competitive advantage. With this new era, businesses will not only gain a strategic advantage over their competitors by using technological developments and knowledge capital, but will also be able to improve customer relations. Intention to use social media technology among customers is important for understanding customers’ perceptions of online commerce products and services. Social media technology includes entertainment, personalization, direction, interaction and word of mouth. Customer interaction on social media platforms aims to facilitate communication and provide emotional and informational support. If social media technologies are used actively, it positively affects customers’ perceptions of the managements. Managements use social media technologies to build customer presence and loyalty. The power of social media technologies in the field of online commerce cannot be underestimated in this era. Social media, which is frequently used by the consumer group we call the Z generation, directs the purchasing preferences of young people. In addition, consumers of different ages and cultures use social networks in their purchasing preferences. This chapter attempts to provide more theoretical contributions that expand the literature on such a topic. This chapter composes of some subtitles such as social media technologies, challenges and issues, customer relations for online commerce and customer intentions on social media.     Event tourism has become a very effective type of tourism in the development of destinations where tourism activities are carried out intensively in recent years. Since it is one of the tourism types that people prefer extensively, event tourism provides many positive effects to the region. Especially, it has a great impact on the development of tourism in the region and economic development. Event tourism also affects the increase in income from tourism, as it is effective in the longer tourism season. At the same time, event tourism has an important role in improving the image of the region, increasing its attractiveness and ensuring its sustainability. Accordingly, event tourism has many positive effects both in the short and long term. Event tourism, which has very important economic and cultural effects, is a type of tourism that people prefer in regions where recreational activities are intense, to be motivated and have fun by moving away from their working life and negative situations. Due to the high interest of tourists today, event tourism, which provides economic income in many regions of the world, contributes greatly to the development of tourism.     This study aimed to develop suggestions for removing the obstacles and difficulties in front of the career development of women in the tourism sector in Turkey. In addition to this situation, suggestions will be made to remove the gender discrimination faced by women in working life and the obstacles in front of their career development. In order for women to be empowered in working life, the opportunities they need should be provided. It is thought that diversity management can create an opportunity for this to happen. It is thought that diversity management can have a significant impact on the implementation of practices that can reveal the talents and potentials of women so that they have equal rights with men. Thus, many obstacles in front of women can be removed by using diversity management. Strategies have been determined to eliminate the career barriers of women and suggestions and strategies have been tried to be developed to overcome the obstacles in front of women working in the sector. © 2023, IGI Global.
