The AI- EQM model takes into account ethical and social challenges such as students' usage behavior, fairness in the evaluation process, and the development of students' unique skills. In addition, the AIEQM model focuses on practical applications of AI in education, such as teaching, curriculum, literacy, and language. Focusing on supporting individuals' efforts in both teaching and learning processes through the use of AI, this study emphasizes the importance of the integration of AI in the aim of responsible innovation. The AI-EQM model proposed in this study also offers an approach to measure, evaluate, and identify possible risks for the transformative effect of artificial intelligence in education. model is proposed where the effects can be seen in many dimensions such as creating a curriculum that will reduce inequality in education, increase original outcomes, and ensure responsible use of AI, increasing literacy rates, special and vocational education. © 2026, IGI Global Scientific Publishing.
