It helps users interact and discover information through symbolic images and diagrams. Therefore, metaverse greatly expands the process of interaction between users from different regions. It is important to answer how achieving the social sustainability for this tool. This study aimed to build a conceptual model to achieve the social sustainability of the metaverse. Depending on a set of important elements that affect the user's satisfaction. Seven hypotheses have been postulated among the factors mentioned. The results showed that user satisfaction is a key element in achieving the prediction of social sustainability.
