In this review, the phenomenon of adl in morphology has been examined together with its various types in terms of meanings it gives to the word, and the effects of it have been assessed in terms of î‘râb. The inclusion of the term adl being used as a part in gayr-i munsarif nouns or being used in a form that includes all the elements used outside their original forms in terms of shape and meaning in modern works make their meaning difficult to be understood. For this reason, this negative situation makes it compulsory to investigate the lexical and figurative meaning of the word in the light of classical sources. In this context, a methodology in which the data were obtained, analyzed and synthesized from classical sources has been used in the study, and it has been concluded that the term adl phenomenon used in morphology has an independent functioning and philosophy, and therefore, the term adl should be included in grammar and education books as a subject independent from the other subjects.trinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessAdlmadul isimlerinziyâhmebnigayr-i munsarif.Sarfta ‘Adl’ OlgusuFact of ‘Adl’ in MorphologyArticle7119133
