In this context, the current situation, problems, and future expectations of women entrepreneurs in Turkey are discussed according to the document analysis technique, one of the qualitative research methods. Related literature and relevant statistics were reviewed. The study area consists of 3 main titles: Characteristics of female women entrepreneurs in tourism industry, women entrepreneurs in family businesses; the example of Turkey, and the third title is women entrepreneurs in family businesses: the example of Turkey women entrepreneurs in family businesses: the example of Turkey. According to the results, it is seen that women entrepreneurs in Turkey have some problems in running a family business, but these problems have been partially resolved with various government incentives and supports. Since the women entrepreneurs running a family business in the case of Turkey has not been discussed before, the study is meaningful and unique.
